After tasting a bitter defeat of 200 runs against kiwis in the opener of the triangular series in Sri Lanka men in blue were desperate to make a strong statement at Dambulla with their performance through today’s India vs. Sri Lanka encounter. This India vs. Sri Lanka match was a do or die match for Indian team from every aspect. So today men in blue came into the ground with the purpose of restoring her lost esteem in the heart of everybody and result of today’s India vs. Sri Lanka clash speaks about it loudly.
Both India Vs Sri Lanka met each other at Dambulla today. In the starting of the match coin fell in the favor of Sri Lankan skipper Kumar Sangakkara. After winning the coin toss Sri Lankan captain Kumar Sangakkara gave the master key of the match in the hands of the Indian team by committing a foolhardy of batting first on this very damp and grassy pitch with sky overcast with very dark clouds,. His decision turned out to be a tonic that Indian team really needed for getting a new life or in other words we can say that he gave Indian team a cylinder of oxygen to survive and come out of deep water by batting first.
After being given a gift in free Indian bowlers went all guns blazing at Sri Lankan team right from the word go. Today at the start of the match Indian team punished the Sri Lankan team for the mistake committed by their skipper Sangakkara and got on their nerves as pacer Praveen Kumar removed Sri Lankan opener Upul Tharanga on 0 on the very first ball of the match with a red hot and fantastic Yorker bang on target. After making her intentions clear Indian team did not relax here. After the removal of Uupul Tharanga Sri Lanka had not recovered yet at all when Indian quickies Ashish Nehra and Praveen Kumar put completely Sri Lanka on the back foot by giving two more huge jolts in the shape of skipper Kumar Sangakkara and Mahela Jaywardene .Sangakkara made only 2 runs and Jaywardene also followed the footprints of his skipper and did not trouble the scorers much. Mahela Jaywardene made only 4 runs. This was not enough for healing the wounds of injured lion on the hunt. After removing breaking these two legs of Sri Lankan team Ishant Sharma broke the spine of the Sri Lankan team by removing the Thillan Samraveera just on 7 runs.
So far Sri Lankan team was looking for a shelter to hide somewhere at the score of 44/4. But the biggest jolt came for Sri Lankan team when Tilakratne Dilshan also got out on 45. When he got out the score was 82/5. With the fall of Dilshan’s wicket last all the hopes of recovery for Sri Lanka dashed to the ground.
Today wickets kept on tumbling from both the ends. Bowlers had a chance to do dance on a chance on this surface. That is what Indian bowlers did in the match today right from the word go. Indian bowlers today made entire Sri Lankan team dance to their tunes. They troubled and got rid of the entire Sri Lankan batsman at will in the match.
By the score of 103 entire top and middle order had been sent back to the pavilion to pick up their phone calls that they had put on hold.
But thanks to timely 43 by all rounder Suraj Randiv down the order that saved the skin of Sri Lankan team. Randiv’s knock and defiance by the tail provided some respectability to the total of Sri Lankan team and took it to 170.
For India Praveen Kumar, Ishant Sharma and Ravinder Jadeja bagged 2 wickets each whereas Ashish Nehra got only 1 wicket. But spinner Pragyan Ojha bagged 3 wickets in his 9.1 overs at the cost of 36 runs only.
Now Sri Lankan bowlers had something to bowl at Indians. After making 170 runs on the board Sri Lanka also gave some jitters to the Indian team at the top by removing opener Dinesh Kartik on 10. But this was not enough for hungry Sri Lankan tigers as they scalped two more wickets of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. Both Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli scored a big round 0 each. But Delhi Daredevil Virender Sehwag kept quite and held one end. But now he got the company of Suresh Riana who also fell shortly after making 21 runs. So far Indian team was tottering at 91/4.
On end wickets were kept on tumbling so far and on the hand Nazafgarh Nawaab got back in his real color and scored his half century. Although Virender Sehwag remained quite today but he remained quite purpose fully. By the time Sri Lanka tried to fight Virender Sehwag ate the hopes of Sri Lanka of wining this match like a termite Virender sehwag took the team India home safely in the company of skipper Mahender Singh Dhoni in 34.3 overs with 15.3 overs to spare. In this way Indian team won this match by 6 wickets.
For India Dictator Virender Sehwag once again dictated terms but in the opposite style and remained unbeaten on 99 runs in 100 balls. In his innings he hit 11 swashbuckling boundaries and two giant size sixes while skipper Dhoni remained unbeaten on 18 runs in 38 balls.
For Sri Lanka Angelo Mathews and Dilhara Fernando scalped 2 wickets each.
For his memorable innings of 99* at Dambulla Nazafgarh Nawaab bagged the award of man of the match.
Now this win against Sri Lanka has not only restored the lost confidence of Indian players after a humiliating defeat of 200 runs against New Zealand but it also has won India a bonus point. So with this win in today’s ind Vs Sri Lanka do or die encounter Indian team has kept its hopes of making to the final of the tournament alive strongly.

One In 10 Computers Vulnerable To Cyber Attack
Cyber criminals are increasingly making use of "toolkits" - developed to methodically infect personal computers - so that illegally obtained information can be bought and sold.
Criminal servers were typically hosted in Ukraine - where more than a quarter were found - the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan.
Around nine million hacking cases were recorded in the Russian Federation, out of which 10.3 percent were successful.
The US and Britain attracted approximately half a million attacks each, which met with a similar level of success.
In a survey by security firm AVG, 165 internet domains were found to have attacked 12 million visitors over the course of two months. More than 1.2 million computers were subsequently infected.
The research looked at criminals using the so called "Eleonore toolkit", which aims to use malware contained on specially created websites, to steal information such as credit card details, e-mails and insurance numbers.
The software targets known vulnerabilities, primarily in older versions of Microsoft's web browser.
Internet Explorer 6 alone accounted for one-third of all infections. Apple Browser Safari proved the most resistant to Eleonore attacks, allowing just 2.78 percent of machines using it to be infected.
Adobe Acrobat and Sun Javascript also accounted for a significant number of infections.
AVG encouraged users to ensure they were using security software to protect their computers.
Who will win today
Neighbors India and host Sri Lanka will meet in the 3rd match of Micromax tri-series on Monday, 16th August, 2010 at Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium in a day night game and timing will be 09:00 GMT, 14:30 local, 14:30 IST.
India crushed by huge 200 runs in the opening game by New Zealand and they are currently lying at the bottom of points table and if they want to stay in the series they have to win this game. Their strong batting line up failed under light and all the players should contribute against strong bowling.
Sri Lanka got a winning start and opener Tharanga done well under lights with 70 runs well supported by Sangakkra. Lasith Maling and Angelo Mathews bowled really well in the 1st inning.
Sreeram Chandra Mynampati Declared Indian Idol 5 Winner
The Indian Idol 5 winner was announced by Indian Superstar MR. Amitabh Bachan.
The family of Sreeram Chandra Mynampati was also present at the award ceremony, and was seen very delighted on their son's success in the competition.
Indian Idol 5 was comprised of 16 contestants and after the voting of Indian people, six of them were directly entered into the top 12 round and Sreeram Chandra Mynampati was one of them.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah has expressed his best wishes for Mr. Sreeram Chandra, one of the three finalists of Indian Idol 5 contest.
Mr. Rosaiah felt that Rama Chandra has become the pride of Andhra Pradesh by reaching the Indian Idol 5 finals conducted by Sony Entertainment TV channel. In fact, Rosaiah urged all the Telugites to support for Sreeram Chandra for the coveted Indian Idol 5 contest.
Sreeram Chandra’s father MSM Prasad met Rosaiah at his camp office and briefed the latter about the Indian Idol 5 contest and proceedings. And Rosaiah hoped that Sreeram Chandra would win the Indian Idol 5 contest and make all the Telugites proud.
On the other hand, Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu, Telugu cinema industry celebrities Balakrishna and Akkineni Nagarjuna also wished Sreeram Chandra success in the finals of the Indian Idol 5 contest. They further appealed to all Telugites to encourage and support Sreeram Chandra.
Film industry has appealed to people to vote for Sreeram so that he can emerge winner in the show Indian Idol. At a press conference held at the Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, Movie Artistes Association president Murali Mohan, Tammareddy Bharadwaja and composer RP Patnaik appealed to people to vote for Sreeram.
''He is not only a good singer but conducts himself decently and won appreciation from many during the show,’’ they said. Film Chambers secretary Prasanna Kumar, director Ramprasad and producer KC Sekhar Babu were among those present.

On 20th of this month our mini project seminars will be conducted. This is a mini project seminar in this the batch members have to give their explanations about that project. I am shivering because our's is the 1st seminar and you don't know that I never gave any Seminars perfectly or Imperfectly. That's why i'm having so much of tension and no one in my batch are not helping me to complete the work. my project is E-Voting which is a html application in order to conduct elections in online.
E-Voting is a fully web based voting software solution based on network security. With the access control capabilities and the reliability, the network security has tremendously increased in providing authenticity and security.
Existing System:
The present system conducts the elections manually, which takes lot of effort for conducting, maintaining and evaluating the voting process. This Automation helps in overcoming all the above mentioned problems and also helps in avoiding any kind of tempering that can be done. Rather than employing expensive consultants to print and mail paper ballots or setup and manage your elections, E-Voting puts the power of online voting in the hands of election administrators.
Proposed System:
In the Proposed System Online E-Voting is a fully web based voting software solution based on network security. With the access control capabilities and the reliability, the network security has tremendously increased in providing authenticity and security. And there is no chance for the tampering data. The people can vote to the candidates according to their wish. It will be very accurate and there is no time consuming.
E-Voting consists of 2 modules:
1. Administrator.
2. Voter.
Administrator:
Administrator can enter the new party details, like who the members [MP & MLA] are participating from the party, member participating place, member personal details like his birth place, educational background, property details, police record etc.
Voter:
Voter can apply for the voter ID. Voter ID will be given based on the unique identification number called NSSN (National Security Service Number) number.
Voters have to enter with their Voter ID and NSSN numbers. Then they can see the members participating from each party and their personal details also. According to the Voters wish they can vote to a particular party.
